- Build and manage sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Sustainable Talent’s proprietary AI-powered tools.
- Oversee the candidate journey from screening through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience.
- Collaborate within MongoDB’s ATS (Greenhouse) while leveraging Sustainable Talent’s analytics to track and optimize results.
- Represent MongoDB’s mission, values, and culture authentically to attract top talent.
