- Own the design, building, and support of our Management Platform product, an end-user facing tool for deploying, commissioning, configuring and managing our robotics solutions.
- Own the development of customer facing applications that are part of the robot workflows executed in the field.
- Own the design, building and management of our cloud infrastructure that supports the enterprise and products.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of our customers and supports our company's strategic and business objectives.
- Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices for software development.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the development of the Arc product.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Applications & Platform Software team.
- Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers.
- Represent the Applications & Platform team at senior leadership-level meetings and presentations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the robotics industry.
