Requirements
  • 3-5 years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
  • 3-5 years relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting (HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning) solution
  • Previous experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Absence, Recruitment and HR modules.
  • Certification in multiple Workday modules preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Experience with Workday configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management of Workday’s Human Capital Management system in partnership with other teams within People Services. This includes software update management, solution design, configuration, training, communications, and feature roadmap prioritization.
  • Gathers and understands Aztec’s Business Requirements and demonstrating core Workday concepts, utilising pre-delivered Workday solutions
  • Works closely with Workday Consulting Teams on Workday projects, including Data and Integration Consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration between the various touch-points of the application. Translating Aztec requirements into configured solutions and ensuring detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
  • Provides in-depth HCM expertise with the main focus on employee engagement, talent, people analytics, recruiting, workforce management and learning.
  • Assists in assessing potential application of Workday solutions to meet business needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
  • Provides expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday functionality, configurations.
  • Creates and maintains project plans, schedules and other key documents that keep the project on track for successful execution and on-time delivery.
  • Conducts system testing, validation, and documentation of Workday configurations and enhancements.
  • Supports end-users with training and ongoing assistance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Workday systems.Undertakes final deployment activities working closely with the system implantation partner and internal IT team.
  • Supports ongoing stakeholder engagement across business, by raising product awareness, establishing and acting upon feedback from stakeholders. Ensures Workday design and usage is aligned to People best practice.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to team quality assurance processes and create detailed product requirements documents illustrating new proposed system features in a clear and logical manner while partnering with IT, and relevant vendors to translate requirements into reality.
  • Stays updated regarding Workday releases, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
