Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 10 or more years of experience, or a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 8 or more years of experience in system-on-chip design verification.
  • Experience with block-level, cluster-level, or chip/system-on-chip-level verification.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Universal Verification Methodology, constrained-random verification, and coverage-driven verification methodology.
  • Experience verifying DDR controllers or DDR input/output interfaces.
  • A strong understanding of LPDDR JEDEC specifications, preferably LPDDR5.
  • A strong understanding of DDR controller and physical-layer functionality.
  • Experience developing testbench components and test plans for DDR/LPDDR intellectual-property verification.
  • Strong SystemVerilog programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in defining and developing the verification methodology for the MLSoC.
  • Develop DDR test plans, testbenches including drivers, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards, and test cases.
  • Execute test plans to verify MLSoC DDR functionality, performance, and coverage.
  • Work closely with Architecture, RTL/microarchitecture, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in DDR bring-up on MLSoC silicon in the laboratory.
