Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, training and supervision to Business Office staff, partner with Regional Controller to identify and implement standardization of procedures to improve efficiency of Business Office.
  • Promotes open lines of communications with the Regional Controller, dealership management team, and Business Office staff to ensure a solution-oriented team approach and transparency.
  • Responsible for preparing factory financial statement and monthly reporting package.
  • Maintains and reconciles assigned schedules and balance sheet accounts and those assigned to the Business Office, providing supervision and support to ensure schedules are current and reasons for and/or status of balances are properly documented.
  • Computes commissions and incentives for various positions in accordance with written pay plans.
  • Manages and reports unclaimed property and other regulatory filings.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reports as required by regulatory agencies, assists the Regional Controller with financial analysis.
