  • You have knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising, or publishing organizations, with a thorough understanding of online business models
  • You have experience in building and managing a marketing portfolio; understand how channels work against each other across customer journeys; knowledgeable in marketing attribution and journey optimization
  • You have deep expertise in social platforms including but not limited to Meta, Alphabet, and TikTok
  • You have experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and a strong ability to articulate and present analysis to all levels of management
  • Having experience with FPS is a strong plus
  • You understand the importance of incrementality in marketing, experienced in scaling and optimizing the marketing activities to capitalize on opportunities

  • You will have hands-on management of Violet Grey's performance marketing by leveraging FPS, with a strong emphasis on driving efficient growth of e-commerce sales
  • You will own performance campaigns across various channels (all Paid, Display, SEO, Affiliates, Email, SMS…)
  • You will manage and own the FPS relationship
  • You will validate and approve recommendations on Performance Marketing strategy
  • You will plan, execute and optimize the budget to meet growth goals in revenue, customer acquisition, site traffic, and lead generation
  • You will drive incremental value through strategic planning and deep learning
  • You will validate and approve recommendations on SEO strategy. Cross-checking and updating metadata for go-live
  • You will work closely with the Senior Director of Brand and the FPS team to set and meet acquisition goals while ensuring they are aligned with brand and revenue strategies
  • You will identify and execute new growth opportunities and best practices based on emerging digital trends, data, and consumer insight
  • You will create strong, iterative testing structures for creative, messaging, and audiences to continuously learn and optimize our campaigns
  • You will own reporting, sharing recent trends, challenges, and opportunities to all stakeholders
  • You will lead cross-functional effort; managing the holistic digital marketing lifecycle: Closely partnering with the Head of Commercial to measure the impact of our campaigns on sales and develop ways to scale
  • You will collaborate with the Creative team to develop on-brand and best-in-class creative assets and messaging
  • You will partner with the Head of Platform to optimize on-site acquisition and conversion
