- Overall 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Project handling, Process & ServiceNow Technical Consulting and Platform implementation.
- Around 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML/JSON.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
- Experience with IT Service Management and related tools.
- Act as the subject matter expert to all matters relating to ServiceNow solutions.

- Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues/demands related to ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and Management of ServiceNow project delivery.
- Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integration projects with external system of record applications (EX : WORKDAY, SAP , 3rd party ticketing tools, Procurement systems, etc.)
- Experience in leading ServiceNow platform upgrade projects Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
