What you will be responsible for
As Client Solution Director you will be responsible for the identification, co-ordination of and managing solution delivery across all functional areas and product within STT. You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance. A successful Client Solution Director must have a broad knowledge of asset management and solution architect principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every solution will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.
- Guide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows
- Manage solution delivery coordination across functional areas
- Support approaches to build scalable and standardised solutions
- Influence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planning at Alpha forums
- Connecting teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutions
- Review Client requirements and help define the target state solution; identify and document Solutions for IT deliverable, as well as products on the delivery roadmap
- Engage directly with the Client and across internal disciplines, acting as a continuous liaison point throughout execution to triage and facilitate the resolution of deliverables
- Integrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomes
- Create the interface design, while gaining a deeper understanding of the Client’s engagement protocols and requirements; making tactical decisions to bridge the time gap between current state and strategic implementations
- Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
- Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
- Ensure solution Management activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders through the solution design and delivery phases

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions
- Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.
- Familiarity with Jira or Clarity is a further plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel.

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
