  • 4+ years of current proven experience implementing KM strategies
  • 4+ years of Content Management System work experience
  • Experience building KM programs in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large organization
  • Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience
  • Experience leading teams to provide impact
  • Experience with program management
  • Proficiency in Verint Knowledge Solutions
Responsibilities
  • Champion the Knowledge Management process with people at all levels
  • Develop new materials and editing of current materials, including layout and formatting
  • Create recommendations for new content development based on data and analytics, such as user feedback ratings, search results feedback views, and case resolutions
  • Design and implement learning activities - in collaboration with the Learning and Development (L&D) team, scope and implement appropriate knowledge capture and sharing activities
  • Develop processes for the capture, storage, validation and retrieval of knowledge; both within the organization and externally with others
  • Engage partners - working with program managers, project partners to expand learning activities by contributing content
  • Review and fast track urgent request notices through the knowledge management intake process
  • Identify interdependencies between teams and work with peers to introduce new knowledge content development routines
  • Manage content ensuring knowledge is organized, current, appears professional and provide workflow capabilities that support our goals
  • Review knowledge submissions to capture relevant procedural teams
  • Prompt for, and facilitate, the capture of insights after all projects
  • Development of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development
  • Reject knowledge submissions based on technical content
  • Help with reviews of knowledge processes for currency and relevance
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Java, HTML, or similar coding languages used to structure web pages and its content
  • 3+ years of related work experience in healthcare or analytics
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • Proficiency in Confluence
  • Training experience or certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working from a remote environment
  • Experience working in a startup environment
