Responsibilities

Champion the Knowledge Management process with people at all levels
Develop new materials and editing of current materials, including layout and formatting
Create recommendations for new content development based on data and analytics, such as user feedback ratings, search results feedback views, and case resolutions
Design and implement learning activities - in collaboration with the Learning and Development (L&D) team, scope and implement appropriate knowledge capture and sharing activities
Develop processes for the capture, storage, validation and retrieval of knowledge; both within the organization and externally with others
Engage partners - working with program managers, project partners to expand learning activities by contributing content
Review and fast track urgent request notices through the knowledge management intake process
Identify interdependencies between teams and work with peers to introduce new knowledge content development routines
Manage content ensuring knowledge is organized, current, appears professional and provide workflow capabilities that support our goals
Review knowledge submissions to capture relevant procedural teams
Prompt for, and facilitate, the capture of insights after all projects
Development of direct reports, ensuring that colleagues are supported in professional development
Reject knowledge submissions based on technical content
Help with reviews of knowledge processes for currency and relevance

About the role

The Knowledge Management team’s objective is to share perspectives, experience and information; to ensure that these are available in the right place at the right time, to help informed decisions; and to improve efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge.

This is an exciting time for the Knowledge Management Program. We are changing the knowledge-sharing culture. The scope of Knowledge Enablement is increasing to support us as a whole, the need for strong, dedicated builders presents a unique opportunity for you to create content, and design an otherwise blank canvas.

You will develop and maintain procedural documentation across the company. You will work directly with business life cycles, leadership, and other partners, to identify and close procedural gaps. You will identify, scope and execute communications and knowledge efficiencies for an array of departments. You may host training sessions with department staff on occasion.

You will report to the Manager of Knowledge Management.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington, D.C. The base pay for this role is: $86,400- $113,4000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
