Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency or related environment.
- Proven project management and client services leadership experience.
- Experience in advertising and/or campaign management, with strategic and tactical understanding of the current brand marketing landscape.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including responsibility for project profitability and scheduling.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Aptitude for project planning, including estimating and resource allocation.
- Ability to translate and communicate client requirements, statements of work, and scope-of-work documents effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present well and read a room.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for one or more specific client accounts and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external producers to manage agency projects from concept to finish and ensure agency deliverables are flawlessly executed.
- Partner with Data and Strategy teams to collect, analyze, and interpret existing business and consumer data and translate it into opportunities.
- Establish budgets with clients, resolve conflicts, ensure timely deliverables, write creative briefs, and approve payments to and from the client.
- Work with strategy, data, creative, production, and media teams to align client goals with the agency's goals.
- Own contracts and contract renewals and pursue new opportunities that benefit the client and the company.
