Requirements
  • 8+ years healthcare work experience, ideally with both management consulting and technology / product strategy experience
  • Deep industry knowledge of the digital landscape for payers or providers
  • Excellent at building and maintaining cross functional relationships
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong problem solver
  • Strong project and time management
  • Strong understanding of our technical stack + architecture
  • No required education or certificates
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferred

Responsibilities
  • Define Solutions strategy and roadmap for payer and provider markets by:
  • Identifying gaps in our solutions and underlying capabilities
  • Defining the maturity of the solutions in market and evaluating League's competitive position
  • Work alongside the rest of the Product Organization to identify capabilities that warrant further investment in the upcoming roadmap
  • Partnering with Business development to ensure we are brining scalable and replicable solutions to market
  • Grow and develop the Applications Product Management practice within League, to ensure we are delivering on our commitments to our customers and users by:
  • Establishing our solution implementation playbook
  • Defining customizations and integration value propositions and requirements
  • Partner with Design and Engineering Solutions leadership to create processes for defining scope for new customers
  • Be the primary Product Management evangelist for mid-late stage sales:
  • Presenting roadmap, and serving as an expert on the League platform and the solutions it can enable
  • Partnering with our product marketing team to create powerful demonstrations and go-to-market materials
  • Create buy-in for market solutions vision with stakeholders and exec team
  • Collaborate gracefully with design, engineering, operations, and data teams internally and to deliver on the vision
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that may impair the team's ability to meet goals
