Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

32 hours/week with NO guarantee of more; this is full-time and eligible for all benefits
Day shift with weekend/holiday rotation (every 5th weekend)
Adult-geriatric population
Bedside evals, dysphagia and aphasia Tx, cognitive rehab, MBS, FEES
Experience with Oncology patients a plus
DPNS and/or Vital Stim certifications a plus
Average caseload 6-10 patients/day
Cross-training to Outpatient encouraged but not required
Reports to Inpatient Rehab Manager
3 other SLP's on staff (similar number in the outpatient setting)
Epic EMR
Tx area on each floor/unit

Sign-on bonus for a new grad to less than 4 full years SLP experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
Sign-on bonus for a SLP with 5 years+ PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable)

Qualifications

A strong CFY (with multiple inpatient clinicals) will receive consideration but is not the preferred candidate, and if out of state, may not receive an onsite
