  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years in IT, with proven success building reports, Studio Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services
  • Strong grasp of SDLC, testing, and requirements gathering
  • Agile familiarity preferred
  • Boomi experience is a bonus
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for troubleshooting and creative solution design
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex technical ideas into clear language for business partners
Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Extend, and more
  • Partnering with HR, Finance, and Student teams to translate business needs into smart, scalable technical solutions
  • Testing and deploying integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and smooth adoption of new Workday features
  • Documenting technical designs, test scripts, and troubleshooting procedures for long-term sustainability
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations to keep them running at peak performance
  • Ensuring data security and compliance standards are met
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to align solutions with strategic goals
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of higher education processes is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Workday Extend and certifications are a big plus
