Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a focus on mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in mobile analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends, and a commitment to driving consumer-centricity across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that aligns with the company’s broader objectives, and being the voice of the customer.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging tailored to different customer segments in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Understand and map out the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy. Collaborate on the different marketing channels (paid, social, email, web, pr, etc.)
  • Actively influence product decisions by providing market insights and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Each piece of content should be tied to a strategic decision with specific, measurable goals. Examples of product-related content include blog posts, feature guides, promotional videos, and sales material to drive adoption, user engagement, and sales support.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as download rates, user engagement, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and user surveys to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors specific to mobile apps.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and threats, and update app positioning accordingly.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Data, Insights, and Customer Success.
