Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily production of solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage plants
  • Identify potential issues and conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Provide detailed outage updates and resolutions in monitoring platform
  • Make and receive calls with customers and team members
  • Log information and facilitate resolutions to maximize production
  • Manage operations email inbox and identify and alert appropriate personnel
  • Assist in the generation of energy production reports
  • Optimize monitoring best practices and procedures
