  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, communications, political science, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in legislative affairs, government affairs, and/or public policy
  • Experience in writing, evaluating, and implementing legislation in multiple states
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality analyses, issue briefs, letters, testimony, regulatory comments, and other related products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and creative team player with project management skills
  • Mission-driven and passionate about helping families access medicine
  • Detail-oriented problem solver
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills
Responsibilities
  • Analyze medicine donation policies
  • Advise on legislative and regulatory efforts
  • Develop and implement SIRUM's policy agenda
  • Partner with key external constituents
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed
