  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of product ownership.
  • Experience in delivering projects with the HR team or HR applications
  • Ability to elicit, clarify, document, and implement customer requirements.
  • Profound comprehension of the operational mechanisms of SaaS applications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Assume managing and overseeing various internal business applications, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Systematically organize and prioritize the workload associated with all applications under ownership and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Take the lead in proposing version upgrades, feature changes, and enhancements.
  • Verify compliance of the application product with Sonar's security requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the stakeholders and the suppliers, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate progress and risks.
  • Work closely with Human Resource and Business Operations teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the products, incorporating feedback and trends.
