  • Position the value of All Access and the future of flexible work
  • Own the full sales cycle for all inbound leads by nurturing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
  • Drive revenue by upselling members as they grow, and work on converting M2M members to a commitment term
  • Renew All Access memberships coming up for term expiration in the renewal pipeline
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in Leasing, Accounts, Inbound, and Business Development teams on All Access sales opportunities
  • Effectively negotiate and close inbound net new opportunities from internal stakeholders
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members
  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience in inbound & outbound sales, account management or related industry preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
