  • Client Consulting: Responsible for understanding the state of a clients' website, marketing, and online ordering and able to make the best recommendations for a successful platform implementation. Takes a wholistic perspective of a clients' business to determine the best path forward
  • Project Management: Takes full ownership of ensuring that all assigned clients get through the onboarding process with maximum success, product adoption, and happiness
  • Product Training & Enablement: Passionately empowers and trains clients to get the most out of the Popmenu platform, ensures that clients are using the most features possible to help their business
  • Subject Matter Expert: With the help of the rest of the onboarding and design team, stays up-to-date on latest website best practices and trends
