Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales development experience in SaaS and 2+ years of digital sales management experience
  • Very strong understanding of prospecting into SMB and Mid Market segments, along with some familiarity with the Enterprise segment
  • A sustained need to win and the ability to motivate a team of high-performing reps
Responsibilities
  • Manage a pod of at least 5-8 sales development reps and serve as a coach on calls to train new reps on prospecting and lead generation, help established reps constantly improve, and motivate all charges to go above and beyond for customers
  • Construct a fun, high-energy environment where reps love coming to work and feel as if they're being developed towards their fullest potential
  • Prioritize customer experience over generating an opportunity, lead by example yourself as a manager, and monitor adherence to sales policies and practices across your reports
  • Our sales development team will work out of our San Diego or Salt Lake City office
