  • Identifying and prospecting ideal partners with our BDR team
  • Taking meetings with new partners and developing opportunities from discovery to close and beyond
  • Collaborate closely with Product to ideate new partner product solutions that can streamline the distribution of Upwork Freelancers
  • Monitoring partner performance metrics with our partner operations manager and identifying opportunities for revenue growth
