- A Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey, or eligibility for licensure.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- A minimum of two years of dermatology experience.
- Strong procedural skills in medical dermatology.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Diagnose and manage common skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rashes.
- Perform in-office dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on skincare and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Experience with cosmetic dermatology.
- Comfort working across multiple practice locations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
