  • Minimum of 1 year in facilities engineering experience

  • Mastery in measuring voltage/current safely and effectively for circuit troubleshooting
  • Proficient with 460, 220, 120 VAC and 24 volt DC circuits, motor starting, and power distribution circuits
  • Skilled in reading electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLC functions
  • Expertise in aligning bearings, shafts, and drives; adjusting tensions; identifying and replacing worn/damaged parts
  • Proficient in pneumatic circuits and printer maintenance
  • Competence in RS232/RS422 communications setup and analysis
Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure voltage and current, leveraging data to diagnose and troubleshoot circuits
  • Align bearings, shafts, and drives; adjust belt and chain tensions; identify and replace worn or damaged parts
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance schedules tailored to device requirements
  • Analyze and replace cards and chips, troubleshoot network systems and cabling, configure and troubleshoot IBM-compatible computers
  • Diagnose cabling and I/O devices, and upload/download PLC programs for seamless operations
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, embodying ICARE principles
  • Drive improvements in quality and efficiency on the production floor
