Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Manager to establish and lead our newly formed FP&A function. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will play a crucial role in developing mechanisms for the company to assess its financial performance and support our company’s growth objectives. The individual in this role will partner with senior leaders and key internal stakeholders to develop financial reports, forecasting processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your work will also help ensure accurate financial reporting and optimization of revenues. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in a pivotal role.
In this role you will:
- Lead the establishment and implementation of the FP&A function within the organization.
- Design and execute robust forecasting processes and budgeting models that reflect business trends and drive financial planning
- Analyze business trends and their impact on actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Work effectively with senior leaders and various departments to gather information and provide insights.
- Create comprehensive financial reports from scratch, leveraging NetSuite Planning and Budgeting and assessing the best usage of internal reporting tools
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess financial performance and align with strategic goals.
- Help to ensure accuracy in financial results by understanding accounting basics and identifying potential revenue discrepancies or accounting anomalies.
- Utilize NetSuite Planning and Budgeting to manage and optimize financial planning processes.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proven experience in FP&A roles with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of business trends and how they impact financial metrics.
- Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and present complex financial information in a clear and actionable manner.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ASC606 revenue recognition accounting principles and how it applies to recognizing revenue related to SaaS solutions
- Excellence in Microsoft Office products, primarily in Excel, including various methods of data reporting and presentation
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in financial reporting and analysis.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles to identify and address potential concerns.
