- Must be able to type and talk at the same time and be comfortable working in a cubical environment and navigating through multiple systems.
- License: LPC, LCSW or Registered Nurse.
- Education: All licenses require a Master's Degree except for the Registered Nurse, who requires a Bachelor's Degree.
- This is a Temp to Perm position.
- Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm as determined by the manager.
- Authorize and review utilization of mental health and substance abuse services provided in inpatient and intermediate care settings; collect and analyze utilization data.
- Assist with discharge planning and ambulatory follow up activity; provide members assistance with mental health and substance abuse issues, and participate in quality improvement projects.
- Manage a caseload of integrated care management members if assigned.
- Handle 10-15 reviews per day.
- Managed Care experience will stand out on the resume.
