Requirements
  • Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, and conference room booking
  • Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process:
  • Ensure in-person and virtual meetings and interviews begin and end on time, as well as handle questions about interviews from candidates and team members
  • Provide an itinerary to candidates ahead of interviews
  • Coordinate Zoom interviews with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams
  • Correspond with candidates throughout the process
  • Communicate with internal hiring team during the interview process by email, phone, and in person
  • Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow up with interviewers and candidates post-interview and compile feedback
  • Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed
  • Partner closely with Human Resources and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process
  • Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and related reporting
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete, and proofread prior to posting
