  • Run and maintain a global Audience Development marketing calendar that reflects active and upcoming social media projects
  • Collaborate with the Sr Manager to compile global marketing plans for our series and assist with approvals required to support a wide array of marketing activations
  • Liaise with brand and title marketing managers to collate regular insights for monthly reports for our partners in Japan
  • Work with the social media analyst to acquire performance metrics for approved IP assets used on our social media channels to set benchmarks and implement standard processes
  • Support individual social media production leads with new initiatives to drive awareness for Crunchyroll in developing markets
  • Support social media-first illustration production featuring Crunchyroll's mascot, Crunchyroll-Hime
  • Lead quarterly simulcast season preparation for Audience Development, becoming the key representative
  • Maintain documentation for social media guidelines in collaboration with the brand and title marketing team, ensuring that all IP are represented and reflected well to high standards
  • Assess and leverage project management software to best serve department and company needs, and assist teams in gaining access to tools
  • Ensure asset management systems have regular hygiene checks
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs based on intake requests
  • Handle follow-up with social media team (and external partners) to ensure smooth roll-out of planned activities with clear documentation
  • Coordinate projects outsourced through agencies and collaborate with vendors to ensure that results and achievements are aligned and timely met
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize communications, improve utilization and performance of social media content, and share key takeaways with our teams globally
  • Ensure security policies are implemented magnificently (e.g., management of access to social media accounts and internal approval requirements)
  • Run social media account setup, whitelisting, and content protection rights issues
  • Act as primary contact for communication with social media representatives (e.g., Meta, Twitter, TikTok)
