Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent for Level 2. A Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years or an Associate's degree and 4 years may also be considered.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent for Level 3. A Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years or an Associate's degree and 7 years may also be considered.
  • Experience with data tracking/logging, project planning, logistics planning and scheduling
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment while expressing clear communication at professional/executive levels while keeping the maximum effort of Production through analytics and Scheduling
  • Understanding of aircraft O, I, and depot level maintenance
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Project and required Configuration and Scheduling Software
  • The ability to clear a DHS background Investigation.
  • Pass/maintain the required Dept of Homeland Security background check.
Responsibilities
  • Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
  • Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Advise management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
  • Schedule equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepare work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
  • Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Utilizes tools (i.e., Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques) to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
  • Assist with conducting audits and provide input for proposals, will work closely with multiple sites – to include Cecil Field, and Corpus Christi and Lake Charles Material/Inventory Control in hangers.
