Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Sage opened Lakeland in June 2025 and The Villages in October 2025.
  • Management announced 10 additional Florida locations for 2026, signaling strong demand.
  • A March 2026 capital raise supports growth and working capital for expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Ten planned 2026 openings demand capital, staffing, and payer execution across Florida.
  • Hospitals and health systems can undercut access by adding their own infusion sites.
  • Any reimbursement squeeze or lease-up failure would choke expansion and threaten liquidity.

What makes Sage Infusion unique

  • Florida-only outpatient infusion network reached 14 clinics by February 2026.
  • Sage offers lower out-of-pocket pricing than hospitals, with transparent per-visit costs.
  • Boutique community-based clinics emphasize scheduling convenience and close referring-provider coordination.
