Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful product / service portfolio management
  • Experience in Driver Safety Solutions, IoT platforms, Smart Cities, Connected Car, Curbside and/or parking Management
  • Technical understanding of basic building blocks such as mobile telecommunications, Cloud technology, IoT mobile and embedded operating systems
  • Capability to think commercially to drive business cases, product pricing and packaging strategies and margin improvement
  • Proven competency in project management, ideally in an agile environment
  • Successfully interfaced with customer/sales facing teams
  • Built and delivered compelling B2G (City, County, State) or B2B go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in commercialization of solutions
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive environment, as well as the market to understand market issues, opportunities, and requirements
  • Gather voice of customer insights in partnership with the Customer Success team
  • Drive the success of multiple product lines by partnering with stakeholders, aligning on a product strategy and deliver measurable results that solve our customer problems
  • Define new product and service solutions for current customers while also planning new adjacent solutions for the business
  • Utilize business cases to help drive and prioritize the roadmap
  • Maintain a multi quarter product roadmap
  • Collaborate with technology team to define technology roadmap including architectural update and enhancements
  • Deliver product and service releases on-time and on-budget utilizing a structured process
  • Work with Engineering teams to identify, design and build scalable platform components that win in the market
  • Collaborate with program management to drive successful launches
  • Serve as the expert on our products and service, maintain customer facing collateral for effective communications
  • Define, track, and elevate key metrics and success criteria to ensure offering success post launch
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Support teams to drive revenue, profit and engagement from all revenue channels
  • Own your products P&L and product health as a measure of our shared success
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience performing market studies, competitive analysis, and voice of the customer research
  • BA/BS Degree required, MBA is highly preferred
  • Moderate travel required (15-20%)
