Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role, working with merchandising teams, systems and processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple task
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the merchandising team
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A keen eye for detail, including exceptional grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
Responsibilities
  • Execute important operational support tasks, including onboarding vendors, setting up items and maintain systems
  • Keep templates and tools up to date to facilitate dropship item entry and successfully onboard new assortments/suppliers
  • Provide suggestions for enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements
  • Develop documents for process compliance to facilitate a smooth onboarding process which ultimately leads to a successful item set up
