Responsibilities
  • Reviewing incoming member out-of-pocket expenses
  • Collaborate with members of the Care team, Customer Success and Finance team to ensure an exceptional member experience
  • Coordinate activity between our Payments team and insurance payers to ensure that payment for applicable care is quickly and accurately facilitated
