  • Oversee nerve center operations to ensure that security systems and protocols are operating effectively
  • Develop and manage security data sciences, including information and signals ingestion, to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and manage alert development signals and thresholds for incident management, forensics, and crisis management
  • Manage incident management and forensics, including crisis management and threat detection and business continuity/disaster recovery planning
  • Manage identity and access management and enterprise monitoring to safeguard the organization's data and assets
  • Oversee secure supply chain operations to ensure that all suppliers and partners adhere to the organization's security policies and protocols
  • Plan and manage ceremonies, such as vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, to test and improve the organization's security posture
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on threat capability and intent tracking and industry trends to provide timely and actionable intelligence to stakeholders
  • Manage deep web tracking of assets, values, and other relevant information to identify potential threats
  • Oversee counterintelligence activities to prevent insider threats and other security risks
  • Provide regular reporting on the organization's security posture and other key performance indicators
  • Conduct investigations related to HR, FIU, cyber, physical, and insider threats
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in cyber security operations, with a focus on incident management, forensics, crisis management, identity and access management, and enterprise monitoring
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing large teams of cyber security professionals
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in threat intelligence, counterintelligence, and investigations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable
