Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or operations environment. Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills, as well as the ability to act with a sense of urgency and maintain focus under pressure
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for perfection; self-motivated; thrive in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects

Responsibilities
  • Closely manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center.
  • Build relationships with business partners and ensure customer satisfaction is met. Recommend and initiate changes as needed to improve overall customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Managers in regard to all DC-related initiatives.
  • Manage the inventory process and procedure to regularly obtain an accurate inventory of products through system cycle counts against physical counts. Communicate inventory levels needed to meet sales demands within inventory models.
  • Coordinate DC activities to ensure that objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure that employees have the necessary tools and resources and are properly trained to perform their jobs.
  • Ensure that slabs are safely stored in a logical and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the Distribution Center is properly organized and kept clean to promote the Cambria brand image.
  • Regularly interact and collaborate with District Managers and Market Representatives in the region.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for all employees. Comply with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and company safety standards.
  • Manage internal fleet while following DOT regulations.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment up to safety and operations standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Actively use all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand and product

Camp Courage opens Cambria rec center. Published May 22, 2026 EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. - Cambria and its Camp Cambria(R) Foundation recently opened of the Cambria Recreation Center at Camp Courage in Maple Lake, Minn. Camp Courage is operated by non-profit True Friends, which provideg life-changing experiences that enhance independence and self-esteem for children and adults with disabilities. The new 26,600 ft[2] facility will expand access to recreation, wellness and connection for children and adults with disabilities. "This is a place where individuals of all abilities can come together, build confidence and experience the joy of movement and connection," said John LeBlanc, CEO and president of True Friends. The center is open for use by individuals of all abilities. Fundraising for the $17.7 million project included $10 million from the Minnesota State Legislature and $2.5 million from the Camp Cambria Foundation. The centerpiece of the new facility is an ADA-accessible 8,000 ft[2] aquatic center and a 12,900 ft[2] gymnasium with a stage for performing arts and a climbing wall. As part of the project, the Davis family donated Cambria surfaces throughout key areas of the facility, including shower rooms, restrooms, an open shower wall in the gym area, gym-viewing ledges, and wall cladding in hallways. The latest Camp Cambria Foundation donation builds on more than a decade of partnership between Cambria and True Friends. It began in 2014 when the foundation established Camp Cambria, a weeklong camp for children living with juvenile arthritis and hosted at True Friends Camp Courage.
