The business model centers on owning and consolidating a large number of collision repair centers to leverage scale, standardized processes, and a consistent customer experience. Unlike many competitors, Boyd grew aggressively through acquisitions, building a nationwide presence in both Canada and the United States and becoming the largest collision repair operator in Canada before expanding south of the border. The company aims to be the leading auto collision and glass repair platform in North America by delivering reliable repairs, transparent service, and a broad network that makes it easy for customers to access its shops.
