Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead all elements of project execution from award through completion, including project schedules, work assignments, budgets, and manpower expenditures.
  • Attend bid meetings and job walks to understand customer requirements, scope of work, and job-site conditions; estimate work and prepare proposals when needed or coordinate with the estimator.
  • Set up project kickoff meetings and contract reviews with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project requirements and work with field leadership to define job schedules, work scope, productivity metrics, and related execution details.
  • Execute change orders by documenting scope changes and capturing appropriate cost and revenue differences.
  • Perform continual project reviews with clients, company leadership, internal project staff, and contracted parties.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder communication and promptly communicate scope changes or issues to support smooth project operations.
  • Own key performance indicators and use project controls to ensure projects progress according to budget.
  • Maintain the project's financial health and provide progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements and ensure work is executed according to the customer contract.
  • Provide oversight of project invoicing, including payroll and time-and-materials sheets.
  • Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and other personnel to establish project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Travel frequently as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or another related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification or other certifications.
