Requirements
  • Highly capable at directing and coordinating project work.
  • Strong verbal, technical writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration and current Good Manufacturing Practice standards as well as regulatory guidance documents.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience and a Master of Science degree.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new labeling implementation with Materials Management and Supply Chain Planners at multiple packaging sites worldwide.
  • Allocate workload to ensure availability of required artwork for the full product range in compliance with new product approvals and existing product variation approval deadlines.
  • Liaise with International and local Regulatory colleagues to obtain correct text, negotiate timelines and ensure that all requirements have been met.
  • Contribute to the completion of operational excellence projects where precedents may not exist and outcomes require executing without prior experience.
  • Manage complex workflows in an electronic labeling management system.
  • Recommend improvements and develop systems or policies to enhance labeling operations.
  • Author standard operating procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • Complete labeling artwork updates as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with artwork production and graphic design software is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is preferred.
