- Participate in onsite clinical introduction to the dialysis unit during Weeks 1-4 of the training program
- Participate in classroom and onsite clinical instruction during Weeks 5-10 of the training program
- Participate in onsite clinical training with a preceptor during Weeks 11-16 of the training program
- Maintain a 78 percent cumulative average on exams during training
- Maintain an excellent attendance record during training
Centers for Dialysis Care provides dialysis services for kidney failure across Northeast Ohio through multiple facilities in the Cleveland area and nearby counties. Patients receive treatment using our dialysis programs, alongside dialysis-related services, education, and ongoing research. In addition, we offer creative arts therapy with art and music therapists to support the psycho-social needs of patients adjusting to life on dialysis. The goal is to deliver comprehensive kidney care, advance research and education, and improve patient well-being by combining medical treatment with psychosocial support in a regional, independent network.
