Job Summary

This position is responsible to research Producer/General Agent/marketing inquiries, to include understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. Process monthly exception reports and maintain negotiated rate system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of college or 2 years business experience.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Customer service skills.


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of Callidus incentive system(s).
* Knowledge of BlueStar, Producer Manager, Hallmark System 80.
* Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
