  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

  • Possess a thorough knowledge of Supply Chain, Order Management, and contemporary EDI concepts
  • Experience managing project scope, change requests, delivery against defined milestones; mitigate and remediate risk factors and pro
Responsibilities
  • Provide user support for all Oracle issues in their specific modules of expertise and assist to resolve all issues in programs and provide upgrade and enhancements to various oracle functional projects
  • Analyse and perform tests on all software development life cycle for Oracle applications according to business requirements and prepare solutions to provide end user support
  • Maintain and update knowledge on Oracle applications and installations and perform tests on all new releases and patches and assist in recovery of validation processes
  • Maintain documentation for change control management and prepare records for software development cycle and prepare solutions for all enhancements
  • Create functional design documents, perform system configuration, and completing testing on all enhancements and ensure resolution for all business systems and analyse all existing system and develop appropriate systems
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders through the project and software development lifecycle process
  • Lead enhancements and/or small project deployments for new functionality/usage of Oracle
  • Identify areas to improve automation and productivity improvements for the users in the functional area supported
  • Work within the Oracle EBS Application, managing EDI setups, enhancements, and error handling
  • Communicate with all stakeholders (customers, development teams, end users, etc.) to address system issues
Desired Qualifications
  • Lead in-house projects in the Oracle Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay functions with a strong focus on EDI would be an asset – Customer and Vendor collaboration
