Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager – Process Piping, you’ll lead the delivery of complex piping systems for high-impact facilities in the life sciences sector. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of process piping scopes—from design coordination through installation and commissioning.
This role is critical to CRB’s mission of delivering high-performance facilities that meet the rigorous standards of pharmaceutical, biotech, and food & beverage clients.
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively based on project assignment. Current project needs are in Nebraska and Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction execution of process piping systems, including stainless steel, high-purity, and utility piping.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality plans specific to piping installations.
- Coordinate closely with design teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure constructability and compliance.
- Oversee safety, change management, and subcontractor performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive project experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and drive success.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within design-build or life sciences environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and scheduling tools.
- PMP or AECPMA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
