Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Mid Market sales, specifically focused on payments
  • In-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector
  • Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology, a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage mid-market prospects within the auto and personal lending industry
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at lending institutions
  • Work in a highly transactional sales team conducting weekly discovery calls with prospects and signing 5 to 6 agreements per quarter
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities within auto and personal lending
  • Challenge prospects existing business processes and educate on new technologies to address legacy business pains
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates utilizing CRM & Sales tools to track and manage sales activities
