Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and control large-scale technology projects.
  • Coordinate the activities of multidisciplinary teams involved in projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
  • Manage budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Participate in governance activities and steering committees.
  • Support teams in organizational-transformation and Agile-adoption contexts.
  • Support the implementation of product teams and collaborative-governance mechanisms.
  • Participate in the deployment and evolution of technology solutions.
  • Produce progress reports and accountability reports for stakeholders.
  • Advise decision-makers on initiative planning and prioritization.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies adapted to projects.
  • Facilitate workshops, coordination meetings, and mobilization sessions.
