- Hands on experience in Test data creation, Test execution and analyzing the results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or customer requirements
- Identify and recommend changes to enhance the effectiveness of software quality assurance strategies
- Development of Performance Test Plans, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Implementation Reviews as appropriate
- Strong knowledge of Performance testing tools (Load Runner)
- Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools (HP Site Scope, Diagnostics, BMC Best1, Perfmon etc.)
- Hands on experience in using test management tool (Performance Center or ALM)
- In depth knowledge of different types of performance tests e.g. Reliability, Stress, Smoke etc.
- Knowledge on scripting languages
- Must have experience in working with teams across various locations
- Well versed in Project Management (Planning, Monitoring, Team management etc.)
- Good management, interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational and decision-making skills. Proactive in identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
- Good people management skills – Guide, Lead and motivate the team
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Set-up performance testing processes and recommend solutions to clients on tools and processes
- Lead multiple performance projects across multiple locations
- Assist with planning for and where appropriate management of all Performance Testing
- Through analysis of requirements specifications and design documents, use structured techniques to identify testable conditions
- Prepare and execute Performance test plans and scripts ensuring alignment with standards
