Requirements
  • A master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field is required.
  • BCBA certification or qualification as a licensed healthcare professional is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • The role requires the ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine applied behavior analysis treatment plans.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, update client programs, and track progress.
  • Provide parent coaching and support.
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous work as a behavior technician or case supervisor.
