Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search & shopping campaigns, client or agency side in the Retail industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Bing Ads, including Shopping Ads & Performance Max
  • Experience with a bid management tool such as Search Ads 360 preferred
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Responsibilities
  • Leading the day-to-day management of clients’ paid search campaigns
  • Implementing search strategy and optimization
  • Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal staff members
  • Establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members
  • Planning & executing paid search campaigns from start to finish
  • Conducting keyword research and forecasts
  • Developing strong working relationships with internal agency counterparts
  • Ensuring client deliverables and recommendations are accurate and viable
  • Monitoring and managing keyword strategies, ad copy builds, campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
  • Providing excellent communication and recommendations to clients
  • Commanding data analysis of key Search metrics
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing in Prisma
