Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them -- and you’re deeply proud of what you’ve accomplished.
  • Experience with UIs and UX experiments and in working with designers & data science.
  • STEM undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with SMB and Enterprise and in a multi-sided Marketplace.
  • Passionate about building businesses, not features. Entrepreneurial experience building and leading businesses, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics.
  • You tackle complex product challenges and simplify them to avoid making them our users’ and partner’s problems.
Responsibilities
  • As the head of Merchant Growth, you’ll be responsible for a variety of projects, through the lifecycle of the merchant to help merchants be more successful in the marketplace.
  • You’ll work closely with product managers on your team, engineering, design, data science, and business partners to identify opportunities to help merchants take steps that would make them more successful, and, as a result, make the the Uber Eats marketplace more successful as a result.
  • You will develop and execute experiments to test early concepts in order to learn quickly.
