Requirements
  • 5+ years as a product manager shipping enterprise features on cloud-based products — you've owned SSO, RBAC, audit logging, or similar, and know what "enterprise-ready" means beyond a checklist.
  • Engineering or DevOps background that lets you influence technical decisions with credibility — you can push back on architecture choices, not just relay them.
  • Deep fluency in enterprise security concepts: SAML, SSO, role-based access control, encryption, private cloud deployments, and the compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) that enterprise customers audit against.
  • You've been in a security review with a CISO and held your own — you know how to speak to data residency concerns and infrastructure isolation without leaning on a solutions engineer.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise sales and implementation cycles, building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Excited about AI agents — not as a trend, but because you see how they'll reshape how enterprises operate and you want to be the person who makes that possible at scale.
Responsibilities
  • Own the enterprise trust layer of our platform — access controls (SSO, SAML, RBAC), auditability (access logs, audit trails, compliance reporting), and infrastructure isolation (private cloud, VPC deployments, data residency). These are the three questions every enterprise security review asks, and you'll make sure we answer all of them.
  • Sit in security reviews and implementation cycles with enterprise customers — understand their technical environments deeply enough to shape the roadmap, not just relay feedback.
  • Drive product roadmap, strategy, and specifications for the enterprise segment, balancing innovation with the stability demands of large-scale deployments.
  • Set the bar for product quality and reliability, holding engineering, design, and implementations to a high standard across the full delivery cycle.
  • Translate complex technical architecture into clear communication for both internal teams and enterprise stakeholders — from engineers to CISOs.

Relevance AI provides a low-code platform for building and managing teams of autonomous AI agents that handle business tasks such as sales, marketing, and customer support. It works with a visual, no-code designer to create, train, and deploy agents using Workforce (multi-agent system builder) and Invent (text-to-agent generator), and it is model-agnostic, letting users choose among major AI providers. It differentiates itself by empowering non-technical users to orchestrate multiple AI agents and workflows with flexible model options, aimed at both startups and large enterprises. Its goal is to make AI-powered automation accessible at scale, offering a subscription model with a free tier to enable widespread adoption across companies like Activision and SafetyCulture.
