Responsibilities

Support Sales team with quotes and orders
Support Sales team with updating CRM information
Support Customer Success team with application requirements
Processing Sales Orders, RMAs, exchanges, and answering customer inquiries
Coordinate each sale from initial contact to completion
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and timely with multi-location inventory
Reply to customer inquiries for product information, stock checks and current lead times
Stay informed and updated about Apera’s product offerings
Other Admin tasks/duties as assigned

Job description

Support Sales team with quotes and orders.
Support Sales team with updating CRM information
Support Customer Success team with application requirements.
Processing Sales Orders, RMAs, exchanges, and answering customer inquiries.
Coordinate each sale from initial contact to completion, checking customer Purchase Orders for accuracy, Sales Order entry into Netsuite, coordination with 3PL and vendors.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and timely with multi-location inventory.
Reply to customer inquiries for product information, stock checks and current lead times.
Stay informed and updated about Apera’s product offerings.
Other Admin tasks/duties as assigned.

Basic qualifications

2+ years’ experience with inside sales or related.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills
Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems
