Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX Design or Service Design
  • Strong expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methods
  • Experience in stakeholder management and storytelling
  • Ability to connect UX insights to business impact

Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end research initiatives
  • Derive deep user insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Translate insights into product, UX, and business recommendations
  • Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy
  • Own research across multiple domains (e.g., automotive, enterprise tools, digital ecosystems)
  • Handle ambiguity and shape problem statements
  • Drive discovery and validation phases in product development
  • Work closely with design, engineering, product, and business teams
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders in distributed environments
  • Mentor junior researchers and guide best practices
  • Influence product decisions using data-backed narratives
  • Bridge gaps between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Champion design thinking across the organization
  • Build scalable research frameworks, playbooks, and repositories
  • Contribute to UX maturity and organizational capability building
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in complex domains (e.g., automotive, SaaS, enterprise systems) is a plus
  • Proficiency in research tools (UserTesting, Dovetail, etc.)
  • Profiles graduated from reputed design institutes only
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
